Where does it hurt?

Knee

Not sure which one fits? Call the clinic and describe the pain — the reception desk will guide you.

What happens when you come in

Most people leave the first visit knowing what is wrong and what the next month looks like.

    Examination and history

A structured clinical examination of the painful joint, plus what you have already tried at home.

    X-ray or scan if needed

Imaging is ordered only when it will change the treatment, and the findings are explained to you in plain language.

    A plan you can follow

Medication, physiotherapy or exercises, with a printed exercise sheet in English, Hindi or Marathi. Surgery is discussed only if it is genuinely needed.

    Specialised orthopaedic care

Both clinics handle everyday bone and joint problems. Surgery, when it is needed, is arranged at hospitals nearby where Dr Yadav operates.

    Joint replacement

Knee and hip replacement for advanced arthritis, using advanced implants, with rehabilitation planned before the surgery date.

    Sports injuries and arthroscopy

Keyhole surgery for ACL tears, meniscus injuries and shoulder problems — smaller cuts and a faster return to activity.

    Biological joint preservation

Treatments aimed at protecting your own joint in early arthritis, before replacement becomes necessary.

    Fractures and complex trauma

From simple plaster to fixation of complicated and multiple fractures, in adults and children.

    Spine care

Back pain, neck pain, sciatica and slipped disc — assessed carefully, treated without surgery wherever possible.

    Deformity correction

Correction of bone deformity and malunited old fractures to restore alignment and function.

    Childhood bone and joint problems

Growing-age fractures, bow legs, flat foot and gait concerns in children.

    Common questions

    Do I need an appointment?

Walk-in patients are seen during consulting hours, but calling ahead means less waiting. For a long consultation or a second opinion, book a slot.

Should I bring my old X-rays and reports?

Yes. Bring every X-ray, MRI, CT and blood report you have, even old ones, along with the medicines you are currently taking.

Will I be told to have surgery?

Most bone and joint problems are managed without surgery. Surgery is recommended only when it will clearly help more than medication and physiotherapy.

Which languages can I speak in?

English, Hindi and Marathi. Exercise and instruction sheets are given in the language you are most comfortable reading.

Do you treat accident and fracture cases?

Yes, including complex and multiple fractures. For a serious injury, call the clinic first so the team is ready when you arrive.

Describe the pain. We will tell you where to come.

Call either clinic during consulting hours, or send a WhatsApp message any time.
